Taking it easy..
About Jules
I came to yoga in my 40s, for the same reasons many of us do - I was curious and stiff.
When I practiced, my mind stilled and I connected to the luminous, expansive space within me. It’s the sweet space within us all, and it kept me coming back for more.
Yoga is many things to many people - but one thing is certain, the practice always makes me feel lighter and more refreshed, and it will you too. This I can promise.
If you want to feel better and lighter and happier, I host in person and zoom classes in Hampshire, Surrey and Essex.
When I’m not teaching or practicing my other loves are cooking and recipe development, writing and hanging out with my friends and family - preferably in the woods.
